  • Assess the impact of change

    We capture the data and relevant attributes of your organization and change project through a detailed scoping exercise to ascertain the magnitude and complexity of your change in the following areas:

    • leadership/sponsorship
    • project management
    • change management

    A risk assessment is undertaken based on organizational attributes and change characteristics

  • Design a change program

    We will create a comprehensive, detailed approach for your program and communicate this to your organization using the following documents:

    • communications plan
    • measurement plan
    • sponsor roadmap
    • coaching guidelines
    • resistance management plan
    • training requirements
  • Implement the agreed program

    We will engage with your organization to enact your Change Management program based on the approved design. We can provide some or all of the following:

    • remote support to help implement your plans and/or to help prepare communications and training plans
    • onsite change management SMEs for parts of the change project, or for the entire change project
  • Measure adoption rates

    We use measurement against the commitment curve to ensure your organization is keeping in touch with the change efforts, and measure success against factors such as:

    • proficiency of use
