We have a long history of providing sucessful summer student project work to undergraduates tertiary students from throughout New Zealand.

The programme, run every year, offers students an excellent opportunity to get involved in a variety of Tait projects and gain valuable work experience. Hosted mainly in our Research & Development Group projects best suit undergraduate tertiary students in the Engineering, Science & Technical fields, who are approaching the final year of their degree.

Summer Student projects are normally set up according to the Technology for Industry Fellowships (TIF) regulations with the Foundation for Research, Science and Technology. You can familiarise yourself with these regulations at the FRST website.

The summer student projects will be advertised in August/September each year and applications can be made online at that time.

To ensure you are kept up to date with these exciting opportunities please register your details with us.

Tait summer student applicants must be legally able to work in New Zealand.
