Workshop to focus on new thinking in critical communications

The critical communications needs of public safety personnel will be the central focus of a two-day workshop to be held at the MAK, Vienna Museum of Applied Arts, 14-15 September.

The event is being organized by the museum in collaboration with departure, the creative agency of the City of Vienna, and run by the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

A team of experts will use workshop partner Tait Communications as a real-life case study, applying methods of interdisciplinary problem solving and user-centric design thinking, with the common goal of exploring innovative methods of communication for public safety personnel working in mission-critical environments.
