"Our global growth strategy is based around building strong value-based relationships with clients for the long term and working collaboratively with partners.

"We are investing significantly in ensuring we have the capabilities to provide a full range of design, deploy and support services for critical communication solutions, ranging from network through to operating clients' networks.

"That means clients can focus on their core critical operations and objectives.

"Victor has a strong track record of being client-focused and delivering measurable value."

Mr Agnellini, who will be based at the company's Americas headquarters in Houston, Texas, says: "I'm delighted to be joining Tait to help drive growth in the Americas business by getting closer to customers and delivering great outcomes for them."
