Tait will place a Service Management Engineer (SME) on the Customer premise to act as a communications system advisor and consultant to the client. This role’s primary responsibility is to ensure regular and continuous access to the expertise and technical capability to sustain the client’s critical communications network.
The Senior Program Manager is accountable for managing the development and delivery of large, complex Integration Programs by leading several functional and/or value stream project leaders to ensure preservation of value, risk management and synergy capture of M&A or formed alliances Integration efforts. The Senior Program Manager is the “bridge” between Tait’s culture and the target company’s culture, and serves to translate, facilitate and when needed mediate, between the two companies. He/she is responsible for ensuring all project success factors are in place, tracked and maintained in order to enable delivery of the program and deliver the planned value to Tait. The Senior Program Manager will manage the alignment of Tait’s and the partner company’s teams, monitor and direct program/project management process execution, manage communication with key stakeholders, and provide an atmosphere for full disclosure and collaboration with all resources engaged on the program. The Program Manager will be the person with the high level view of what is going on across all aspects of a program and is therefore uniquely able to identify dependencies, interdependencies, risks and issues and then ensure that these are appropriately addressed and communicated.
