Tait Communications are looking for a dedicated front-line, customer-focused individual who will be based at our award winning Christchurch campus. This role is the first point of interaction with Tait for visitors, customers, suppliers and staff both over the phone and in person.
Working with both domestic and international colleagues, your calm and professional approach will ensure the smooth and efficient running of customer visits, delegations, training and the use of our corporate meeting rooms. You will also provide confidential administrative support across the business as well as supporting key personnel and their teams.
Professional attire and attitude are essential as well as previous experience in a fast paced business support team. Agile and proactive in your approach you will also be able to demonstrate your ability to think on your feet, prioritise your work load and multi-task at the highest level. A high level of proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite is essential and experience using video and audio conferencing solutions would be an advantage.
