Regional Executive role to support and enhance profitable sales and to provide regional market analysis feedback.
About the Role:
The role of the Marketing Manager is to prepare and execute the marketing plan to ensure that the market is aware of Tait and its value and position in the market and to ensure that the sales channels are equipped with the right information, tools and material to maximise profitable sales in the region for Tait whilst providing longer term Strategic guidance to the business. The Marketing Manager establishes an annual Marketing Plan to support business goals and then manages implementation of this plan.
The Marketing function has three areas of focus:
Market Analysis and Business Planning to guide regional direction
Tactical Marketing to support the business including customer communications, event management, creating and managing collateral, channel management functions, pricing , positioning, promotion and new solution introductions.
Generate demand for Tait solutions in our strategic segments through planned 360degree campaigns.
How do you know if this is the right role for you to be successful?
- You have a Bachelor of Business Studies/Commerce, or equivalent degree, majoring in marketing. MBA desirable.
- You have at least 5 years relevant Marketing Experience including at least 2 years in a Marketing Management role. Experience in Professional Mobile Radio Communications is desirable
- You have knowledge and experience of marketing/sales techniques and procedures.
- You are computer literate.
